General Tommy Franks is a retired general in the United States Army and previously served as the Commander-in-Chief of United States Central Command. He led American and Coalition troops in two strategically unprecedented campaigns in two years - Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq.
